You describe the problem in your own words. We ask questions until we understand it properly, and tell you what's worth building.

Scope & design
A written plan and, where needed, screens or mockups to agree on: what gets built, in what order, on what timeline, for what price. Fixed before work starts.

Development
We build in short cycles and show you working software every week, so you can react early instead of at the end.

Testing
Before anything reaches your users, we test it ourselves and fix what's broken.

Launch & support
At launch you get the code, the accounts and the documentation. We stay on for support if you want it, with no obligation to.
Common questions
- How do you price a project?
- We scope the work first and quote a fixed price for it. No hourly billing surprises. If the scope changes partway through, we tell you before it affects the price.
- Who will I be talking to?
- The people building your project, directly. No account managers relaying messages back and forth.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes. Happy to sign one before we discuss any specifics of your project.
- What happens after launch?
- You get the code, the accounts, and the documentation. We're also available for ongoing support and maintenance if you want it, but you're never locked into that.
- How small a project will you take on?
- If it's well-defined and worth doing properly, we'll talk about it. Send us an email and we'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit.
